CANCELLATION POLICY

I charge a 50% fee for any cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. For no show appointments, you will automatically be charged 75% of selected services. The card on file may be used at check out. By scheduling an appointment with Charlis Chair, you agree to pay the above fees in the event of a missed or canceled appointment.
